New Orleans Saints: 3 draft day trades involving Taysom Hill

The New Orleans Saints have the No. 24 pick in the 2020 NFL Draft, but what if they had a top ten pick, imagine what they could do.
The New Orleans Saints have an opportunity unlike any others in this draft. They have the opportunity to trade up and select a franchise quarterback to take over for the aging future Hall-of-Famer Drew Brees.
The administration and coaching staff are not unfamiliar with a trade of this magnitude. If you remember in 2018, the Saints had the No. 27 pick in the first round coming off a fantastic 2017 year looking to make 2018 even better.
They traded with the Green Bay Packers in the first round. They gave the Packers their No. 27 pick and a fifth-round pick in that draft, and a 2019 first-round pick. They traded up to the No. 14 pick with that trade.
That is similar to what they would have to give to move up in this year’s draft, but what is a franchise player worth to you?
Taysom Hill, who is still yet to sign his tender offer from the Saints would be excellent trade bate to use in the draft. He might just be the way to get the Saints up to Tagovailoa or Herbert. Here are three trades that the New Orleans Saints could make to move from No. 24 into the top ten picks.
