Trade up to the No. 3 draft position

The Bengals have no need for a quarterback and the Redskins have their future quarterback in rookie Dwayne Haskins. Therefore, theoretically, neither of the top two teams needs a quarterback which could lead them to draft Chase Young and Jeff Okudah first and second.

If that is the case and the Saints feel they can get Burrow with the third overall pick, the next trade in line would be the Detroit Lions. The Lions currently have injured franchise quarterback Matthew Stafford who has been consistent over the years.

They could be interested in a quarterback, but they will probably be interested in the multiple picks more. The Lions have plenty of weak spots in their starting lineup on both sides of the ball that they could address more of with multiple picks later on in the draft.

Again, this trade would land the Saints with quarterback Joe Burrow.

Joe Burrow has a real shot at being a Hall of Fame quarterback. He just needs the right leadership and preparation before starting on the football field. A few years under Sean Payton and Drew Brees would transform him into the Aaron Rodgers-type potential that he has.
