New Orleans Saints: 3 studs, 1 dud in close call with Titans

After going into halftime down 14-10, the New Orleans Saints rallied to beat the Titans 38-28 proving again that they are worthy of the No. 1 seed.
In a must-win game to keep the New Orleans in the hunt for the No. 1 seed in the NFC, they made this game against the Tennessee Titans an exciting one.
They quickly punted the ball on their two drives in the first quarter while the Titans scored twice. Tannehill threw a bomb 41-yard pass to Jonnu Smith for their first touchdown. A.J. Brown ran the other for a 61-yard score.
The Saints first drive in the second quarter, they pulled out a 47-yard field goal from Wil Lutz. After five punts (two from New Orleans, three from Tennessee), Drew Brees found Jared Cook for a one-play 61-yard touchdown drive. They finished the half 14-10.
Sean Payton went into half fired up at the lack of play from his Saints team. They came out in the third quarter all cylinders firing. In one minute, Alvin Kamara broke a 40-yard run to take the lead 17-14. The third quarter saw three more scores two from the Saints, one from the Titans.
Going into the fourth quarter with a 31-21 lead, the Saints kept rolling. They saw the Titans come back and score on the first drive cutting the lead to 31-28. The Saints then put it out of question with a Drew Brees to Michael Thomas touchdown.
In a dismal first half and an exciting second half, the Saints had some big plays from some quiet players and some big let downs from some big-name players. Here are two studs and one dud from this week 16 win over Tennessee.
