Alvin Kamara

The run game of Alvin Kamara has been missing. If anyone knows where it is at, the New Orleans Saints would like it back, please. With that being said, the last time the Saints met the Falcons, Kamara ran just four times. That is absolutely assinine for a running back of his caliber.

When Latavius Murray ran for over 100 yards in the two games he filled in for Kamara, he ran the ball over 20 times on each occasion.

The ticket to the Saints’ success is through Alvin Kamara and Latavius Murray. Together they need to see at least 20-30 runs and Kamara will continue to thrive with receptions out of the backfield.

Against the Panthers, it was no different. Kamara had one rushing yard in the first half.

That is pitiful and needs to be addressed, not with Kamara, with the number of times he runs per game. In the game they almost lost, Murray and Kamara rushed for 16 times. When they dominated the Buccaneers, the two running backs ran 23 times.

Notice the difference?

For the Saints to thrive, it is proven that they need to run the ball. Whether it goes through Kamara or Murray, the New Orleans Saints need to run the ball to succeed mightily.
