Demario Davis

The picture says it all. The name of the game today for Demario Davis was 1. tackle as many people as possible and 2. get to the quarterback before anyone else. Both of which Davis did to an incredible length Sunday in the win over Kyle Allen and the Carolina Panthers.

Davis recorded 11 combined tackles, nine of which were solo! He also hit the quarterback once, pass defended one ball, and took Kyle Allen to the ground for one sack. Even to say that Davis was all over the field would be an understatement.

This performance comes on the back of six tackles and four passes defended last week against the Buccaneers.

Demario Davis currently leads all New Orleans Saints in tackles with 69 on the year and he will only be looking to add to that number with the rest of the regular season games to come. Davis is the heart and soul of this defense and will be crucial for a deep playoff run.
