Michael Thomas

Sunday, Thomas hit 100 receptions on the year! This also put another milestone on Thomas’ historic season. He became the fifth player to have at least 100 receptions and 1,200 yards in THREE straight seasons.

This name is almost a lock to hit the “stud” list anytime we come out with a post-game studs and duds article. Sunday, Michael Thomas saw yet another 100+ yard receiving game this year. Just when you thought you had seen it all from Thomas, he keeps on performing.

This one saw him go for 10 catches for 101 yards and another touchdown. The 10 catches keep him on pace to break the single-season receptions record. The yards also keep him on pace to break the single-season receiving yards record. Both of which we are currently hoping he breaks.

Thomas, with under a minute left in the game, made one of the most important catches of the game, setting the team up in perfect field goal position. He truly was the difference maker for New Orleans in their ninth victory.
