Who will and should fill in for Andrus Peat?

Obviously the Saints’ coaching staff found nothing to be pleased about because they have made no effort to get Easton in a game or even the potential of being ready for a role like this as he has only been active for three games this season.

However, there is nothing to be excited about with Clapp. You can just expect Brees to be pressured to get the ball out extremely fast as whatever guy Clapp is facing will be in Brees’ face within seconds. This will also severely harm Michael Thomas’ deep ball as Drew Brees won’t have the time to get it there.

In my opinion, Nick Easton hasn’t got the chance to show what he really can do. In the loss to Atlanta, we saw that Will Clapp can’t block well up the middle. It is time to give Easton a crack at it. We paid him big for a reason, let’s let him show us what the reason is.
