Conclusion

Overall, both of these teams are dominating the league for a reason.

While San Francisco is much more dominant and influential on defense and the Saints have a clear edge across the board for Special Teams, they are relatively comparable.

Whether that will remain the same as the Saints begin an easier run in their schedule with their roster at full health will yet to be seen.

The Niners have put together an impressive run so far. Conversely to the Saints, they have the hardest section of their schedule to play. With one of those games against New Orleans, there may just be a change in those power rankings in weeks to come.

For now, the Saints are the better team in my opinion.
