Other games in 2016

There were other games that were poor offensively as well. At New York we only had 288 total yards of offense and scored 13 points. At Tampa Bay, we had 14 first downs and only scored 11 points. At Kansas City, we gave up a pick-6, and then fumbled deep in the red zone in the 4th quarter after driving 60 yards.

The KC game wasn’t a poor one, but it highlights once again 2 offensive miscues, one directly leading to points. Many Who Dats tend to overlook these things on their way to maligning the defense. Simply playing like we normally play on offense and avoiding critical turnovers would have resulted in wins in at least 3 of the 5 games mentioned. That’s 10 wins and looking at a playoff berth.
