Saints fans should be smiling over the smiley new acquisition of RB Alvin Kamara. The former Tennessee running back was selected by the New Orleans Saints in the 3rd round of the 2017 NFL Draft. In his 2 years with Tennessee, Kamara rushed for 1,294 yards, and 16 touchdowns on 210 attempts. In regards to receiving the ball, however, Kamara caught 74 passes for 683 yards and 7 touchdowns.

Alvin Kamara brings a unique dynamic to this Saints offense that’ll surely help in allowing the team to thrive. Kamara’s strength, elusiveness, quickness, and power are only a few of the phenomenal traits the athlete possesses that’ll allow New Orleans to succeed offensively.

Saints fans should keep an eye on Alvin Kamara because he’ll help to set this offense over the top.

Whenever the Saints have played their best offensively, it’s been mostly due to the help from the running back position. Darren Sproles, Pierre Thomas, Reggie Bush, you name it. When the Saints had it, the offense was on fire. With the possible combination of RB Mark Ingram, Adrian Peterson, and now offensive threat Alvin Kamara, the Saints offense has a chance to be legendary in 2017.
