New Orleans Saints 2017-18′ season preview with game by game predictions

The Saints come in 2-2 after the bye week. Matthew Stafford and the Detroit Lions come into town once again. And once again the game becomes a shootout.
This time though, a new player emerges as a bonafide threat in the offense. His name is Alvin Kamara. Kamara has his BREAKOUT game.
Kamura scores on two touchdowns. One touchdown on the ground and another on a little swing route that turns into a 50 yard scamper to PAYDIRT. The Saints defense also starts to show improvement. The pass rush is getting consistent pressure. In addition, the Saints sack Matthew Stafford five times with a safety included.
The Black and Gold go over the .500 mark for the first time in forever. It’s been awhile. The Lions try and make a furious comeback but fall short in the end. The defense comes up in the clutch. This win is huge for the confidence of this young team. Beating another playoff back to back bodes well for hope for a winning season.
