There are three other rookies that currently sit on injured reserve. Sheldon Rankins, D.J. Pettway, and Jimmy Pruitt. Rankins is the big name on that list. The Saints picked him in the first round and unfortunately, he’s not on the field as of yet. The Black and Gold will have to wait for these guys to get healthy. Regardless, the rookie grades weren’t as bad as I would’ve guessed. No one is a complete failure in my opinion so far. The Saints have a lot of good things to look forward to in the future. Next year could be the year it all comes together.
