The 2016 NFL draft is only a few hours away for the New Orleans Saints and the rest of the league, and just about every rumor about who will be going where is flying around.

I usually do a couple of mock drafts before the big show, but this time around I decided on doing just one New Orleans Saints mock draft as close to the moment as possible.

I’ve researched, watched almost every bit of video footage I could find on most of the draft prospects and have decided how I would draft if I were the New Orleans Saints.

I used Fanspeak’s On The Clock mock draft simulator with the CBS big board. If you believe I select a player too early or too late to be believable, realize that I am working within the constraints of who is available according to the simulator.
