NFL Free Agency 2016: A New Orleans Saints shopping list

Name: Jaye Howard
Position: DT
2015 team: Kansas City Chiefs
2015 cap hit: $660K
Another Louisiana native (Zachary, LA), Jaye Howard is somebody else the New Orleans Saints should consider in free agency. He is very athletic for a 300 pounder and that showed this past season after racking up 5.5 sacks and 57 tackles.
2015 was definitely the best season of his career and it looks like he has many more to come with him being only 27-years-old. He has versatility along the defensive line, but I think he would play more defensive tackle with the Saints, though, that flexibility is without question a plus.
He has some pass rushing skills, but his run stopping is what he excels at. The New Orleans Saints need all the help they can get in the front seven, so why not go for a versatile young guy with tons of potential and a lot of upside.
Putting Howard and Cameron Jordan together on the defensive line would be nice little duo. I expect multiple teams will be going after Howard, in addition to the Chiefs trying their best to keep him in Kansas City.
