The ‘still early’ New Orleans Saints 7-Round Mock Draft

Round 4, Pick 14
Previous choice: Roberto Aguayo, K, Florida State
I’m still one to believe that a kicker should be drafted by the New Orleans Saints in 2016, and Roberto Aguayo is again my choice in the fourth round. He’s one of the best natural kicking prospects to enter the draft in some time.
Next: Why the Saints should absolutely draft a kicker in 2016
Seminoles kicker Roberto Aguayo finished his career as the most accurate kicker in NCAA history, connecting on 97 percent of his attempts. Where his true value comes into play is his accuracy inside of 40 yards, where he was perfect in 2015 (16-for-16) from that distance. Aguayo does have a cannon for the long ball, and that only helps his case kicking in a domed atmosphere for at least nine games out of the year (Superdome plus Atlanta).
It’d also be silly of me not to mention Duke’s Ross Martin, who had a stellar Senior Bowl performance. Martin could be a later round find for the Saints if they don’t pull the trigger on Aguayo.
