Now that some of the hype is over with Senior Bowl festivities finished, the attention shifts back to free agency for the New Orleans Saints and their fans.

Free agency officially begins at 4:00 p.m. EST on March 9, which will be here before we know it. The Saints front office and coaching staff knows there are multiple needs for the 2016 season, and free agency is a great way to fill those needs. Naturally, we know that recent splashes in free agency have missed.

Overall, the team has made some very poor choices in regards to some of the players brought in, but there have been some good hits. We look at five free agents that should be on the team’s radar with March right around the corner..
