The New Orleans Saints severely disappointed in 2015, and while there was more bad than good for the most part, some positive energy was still flowing.

For those fans expecting the New Orleans Saints to rebound after 2014’s big letdown, 2015 was an even bigger slap in the face.  A historically bad defense outweighed a still-potent Drew Brees-led offense, which just wasn’t enough for any consistency, resulting in another losing season.

From the moment the football left the tee on the opening kickoff to raise the curtain for the new season, the Saints immediately dug themselves into a deep, dark inescapable hole — a 1-4 start.

New Orleans did find a rhythm, though, tallying three-consecutive wins to get back to an even .500 record.  But it was only a tease.  The ‘Who Dat Nation’ would watch their favorite team lose four in a row, marking arguably the worst stretch of play in the Sean Payton era.  The Saints would, however, top off the season with a 3-1 finish, securing their third 7-9 season in four years.  That’s not good, obviously.

It was another off-putting year for the New Orleans Saints.  There was more bad than good, yet, some great things did emerge from their disappointing campaign.  With that being said, we give you the best things about 2015.
