The New Orleans Saints got a little visit Tuesday from the United States women’s national soccer team, who will be hosting China in the Mercedes-Benz Superdome Wednesday evening.

The New Orleans Saints had some visitors at their training facility in Metairie on Tuesday — players from the United States women’s national soccer team, including star midfielder Carli Lloyd.

The ladies will be hosting China in the Mercedes-Benz Superdome Wednesday night for the legendary Abby Wambach‘s retirement party, as she will be playing her last game for the United States. The women are ranked No. 1 in the world after winning the 2015 World Cup — their first cup title since 1999.

New Orleans Saints head coach Sean Payton, with the help of punter Thomas Morstead, gave the national team a little tour of the team facility, which included a brief talk on Saints legend and ALS fighter Steve Gleason.

Sean Payton and company showed their decorated visitors some of that New Orleans hospitality.  The United States women’s national soccer team hosts China in the Mercedes-Benz Superdome Wednesday night at 7:00 PM CT.  Let’s go, USA!
