Saints Injury Report: Brandin Cooks clears concussion protocol, probable Sunday

Brandin Cooks, who missed New Orleans Saints practice Thursday with a listed concussion, is probable to play Sunday against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers after clearing protocol.

The New Orleans Saints and Tampa Bay Buccaneers have both released their final injury reports of the week with player statuses for Sunday’s NFC South showdown.  While the Bucs (6-6) are fighting for a playoff berth, New Orleans is just trying to simply beat a division opponent and end a four-game losing streak.

Jahri Evans and John Jenkins are officially out for the Saints, but it’s good to see names like Brandin Cooks, Willie Snead and Delvin Breaux all listed as probable to play.  Even Dannell Ellerbe looks to finally return after missing the past five games.  New Orleans travels to Tampa Bay for a 12:00 PM CST meeting.
