2. A. Sweeping the Falcons, B. Them missing out on the playoffs

So this would kind of be a triple whammy.  The New Orleans Saints hate the the “Dirty Birds”, and vice versa. There is almost nothing sweeter for Saints fans than when they own the series sweep over Atlanta.

New Orleans beat them once already this season, handing the Falcons their first loss of the year in Week 6.  In one of the most underrated rivalries in the NFL, anything is possible, which means beating Atlanta in their own home is not out of the question.

Doing that would indeed be special, but doing that in the final game of the year and crushing the Falcons’ playoff chances would be a Christmas present that is hard to top.  It would leave a big smile on Saints fans’ faces heading into the offseason, unless something even better happens…
