1. Protect Drew Brees

As long as Drew Brees is under center in New Orleans, keeping him well guarded should always be top priority.  Success in the offense begins with those who protect the quarterback.

Against a Giants pass rush that ranks 31st in the league, the Saints’ offensive line, which has seen vast improvement over the past two weeks, keeping Brees safe should not be too difficult of a task.  However, the Giants rank at the top of the league in takeaways.  Keeping Brees protected will help keep the ball out of the defense’s hands.

Of course, the help from a sold ground effort will ease some pressure off of Brees as well.  With a big game from the offensive line, points should not be too hard to come by for the New Orleans Saints on Sunday.  They’ll host the New York Giants at 12:00 PM CST.
