The kicker position is not the New Orleans Saints strong point.  While Shayne Graham may be historically accurate, his power continues to decline with age.  The Black and Gold invited North Dakota State kicker Adam Keller to come try out for the team this weekend.

A school, conference and FCS record holder, Keller will be battling his way for not only a ticket punch to training camp, but for a roster spot as well.  I’m hoping we’ve seen Graham’s last days as a Saint, but even if that’s the case, Dustin Hopkins looks to be a promising candidate.

Keller must bring his A-game, and I think he does with ease.  He’s got an incredible leg — we should see him battling with the veterans in July.
