2. Deontay Greenberry, WR, Houston

Greenberry was a five-star recruit out of high school who initially committed to Notre Dame, but he pulled a rabbit out of his hat on National Signing Day to dump the Irish and head to Houston.

He finished his three-year stint in the Lone Star State with 201 career receptions for 2,612 yards and 20 touchdowns.  At 6-foot-3 and 198 pounds, he has a tall body and thin frame with room to bulk up.

The former Cougar displays excellent physicality and mental toughness, but lacks the burst and productive consistency.  However, that can be developed under the right coaching staff.

Greenberry did not participate at the scouting combine, but he showed his speed, size and skill-set that turns heads in college.  He could be a nice little option for the New Orleans Saints in the UDFA market, maybe even the seventh round.
