I wanted to wait until we were outside the fallout from the 2015 NFL Combine before I released my much promised post-combine mock draft.

The NFL Combine proved to be a coming out party for Clemson linebacker Vic Beasley and the rest of the edge rushers in this draft. There is a lot of doubt about whether those edge rushers will be available at the 13th overall pick.

I am not backing off from the idea that the most important position for the New Orleans Saints to upgrade is the linebacker position. Whether it is an edge rusher, run stuffer, or coverage linebacker they need a difference maker there.

The secondary also needs someone that can lock down the other side of the field with Keenan Lewis. There doesn’t appear to be anyone rising from behind Lewis on the depth chart.

I will once again be using Fanspeak.com‘s free mock draft simulator (Fanspeak rankings) to construct this
