Josh Lucas joins Ryan Pace in Chicago as the director of player personnel.  Lucas was an area scout for the New Orleans Saints.  His Saints bio indicates 2015 would have been his tenth  year with the Saints player personnel department and Southern Regional Scout after serving five years scouting the Southwest for the club.

Lucas joined the Saints after working for the Jacksonville Jaguars from 2002-04. In 2002, he was an intern for Jacksonville in football operations, and worked in the player personnel dept. during the club’s 2004 training camp.

Lucas graduated Cum Laude from Harvard University, where he played safety from 1997-98 before a series of shoulder injuries ended his career.

The Saints retain Rick Reprise as director of college scouting and Terry Fontenot as director of pro scouting.
