Just because the NFL Draft ended today doesn’t mean that things stop there for any of the thirty-two teams. For the New Orleans Saints, some of their best finds in franchise history have come via the undrafted rookie free agent pool. There are a total of twenty players the team has reached out to thus far to fill up their roster: seven offensive, twelve defensive, one special teams. Pop your popcorn, and pull up Google Maps, it’s time to bring you the list of 2014 New Orleans Saints’ undrafted rookie free agents (so far)!

What’s the importance of an undrafted player? Let’s just check last year. The team found quarterback Ryan Griffin, running back Khiry Robinson, defensive end Glenn Foster, tight end Josh Hill, guard Tim Lelito, linebacker Kevin Reddick, and cornerback Rod Sweeting through the undrafted process. I vaguely remember these players being on the active roster, and contributing to the 2013 performance.
