Closing Thoughts

In summary, I firmly believe that this is all ‘part of the plan’. It’s coincidental that the Saints get a ‘Third Time’s the Charm’ type meeting against the Seahawks. There’s more pressure on the Seahawks to walk away winners here. If you’re looking for any stat curses to come at any point tomorrow, I’ll go ahead and let you know that the Seahawks have won five straight home playoff games dating back to 2005.

To be the best, you have to beat the best.

I think the Saints will come out on top, and propel themselves to another one of those underdog showdowns next week. The Seahawks played their ‘Super Bowl’ against the Saints in that Monday Night Game, and they haven’t looked so ‘dominant’ since that game.

In the end, I believe this game will be decided wit the smarter coaching, and I believe Sean Payton is the one to fit that bill.

Final Prediction: Saints 24, Seahawks 21
