That Jimmy Graham Guy is Tough
Everyone speculated that Jimmy Graham would likely not play. A Sunday report indicated that Graham had a partially torn plantar fascia, and it was really up in the air. Graham took the field, participated in warm ups, and would be activated.
Graham didn’t exactly play a lot, but when he did, it was all situational. It forced the Bills to stay honest, but Graham caught all 3 of his targets, and 2 of them happened to be scores. Graham played 18 out of the 70 offensive snaps, which was 26%. Ben Watson played 46 of the 70 offensive snaps, which was 66%.
"“I think from a pain standpoint, my understanding is it can begin to diminish,” Payton said. “I know this – we’re not gonna sit here week to week discussing it. But I think it’s something he’ll be able to manage.”"
Jimmy Graham is a tough son of a gun, and we were happy to have him play at his normal level.
