Cleveland Browns

You honestly thought trading away your best player would make you

win? I guess when you have something to play for, or are really ‘expendable’, it may help. Not only did they win, but they did it on the road against the Vikings. The Browns are reportedly fielding offers for Josh Gordon and Greg Little, maybe they’ll get a division title at this rate?

The 3-0 Club

It’s hardly surprising to see the Bears, Broncos, Seahawks, & Patriots sitting at 3-0 this young season. However, the Saints, Chiefs, & Dolphins are all sitting high and mighty at 3-0 are something many would have never predicted. Losing season turnarounds so early are clear strides from coaching, player buy-in, and obviously the right talent.

Indianapolis Colts

I missed this pick by a metric ton. I thought the real 49ers would stand up, but I was really wrong. Andrew Luck marched in, and the Colts beat the 49ers, without Luck passing for a single touchdown. Let that marinate for a minute. Impressive job by the Colts, and perhaps terrible news for the 49ers.

Baltimore Ravens

No Ray Rice? Yeah, you’re screwed. Or not! The Texans woes in Baltimore continued. If anything was clear from that game, Ray Lewis isn’t going to be allowed to stay on ESPN. The Ravens also improved to 8-1 against the Texans, and remain undefeated at home against the Texans.

Honorable Mentions: Justin ‘Sack Happy’ Houston, Kenbrell Thompkins Rebound, The Jets Beating Buffalo despite 1,000 penalties, The Bengals Didn’t Give Up, Carolina Panthers Outing, Remember the Titans Comeback, New Orleans Saints defense
