This was another ugly, ugly win. The Saints were the benefactors of 10 Buc penalties for 118 yards. That stat in itself is sickening. But the Saints didn’t always capitalize on those penalties. Only one touchdown for an “explosive” Saints offense is pretty bad. The Saints defense was encouraging and gives hope that the offense does not always have to win the game. But, the Saints better get their act together if they want to make it to the playoffs.
