Interim head coach Joe Vitt finally revealed the game status on several New Orleans Saints players for the game against the San Francisco 49ers on Sunday.
Those that are deemed as not playing are: offensive tackle Charles Brown, defensive end Junor Galette, cornerback Corey White, and cornerback Elbert Mack.
Offensive tackle Zach Strief is listed as being questionable while running back Darren Sproles looks to be probable. If Strief cannot play on Sunday then Bryce Harris will get the first start of his rookie career.
Mack had passed the test for his concussion and White was said to be coming along quickly with his knee injury but they were limited in practice. This leaves cornerback Johnny Patrick manning the nickel spot with safety Malcolm Jenkins ready to move to cornerback if needed.
