During Thursday’s practice, New Orleans Saint’s tight end Jimmy Graham was limited. This could be a positive sign that the red haired player is getting rest and getting prepared for Sunday’s game against division rivals, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
Graham sprained his right ankle during the defeat over the San Diego Chargers prior to the bye week. When recently interviewed about Graham, interim head coach Aaron Kromer had this to say,
"“You always want to have your best players so we hope we’re going to have him. If we don’t, then we just have to adjust accordingly with trying to get our best players on the field and using different personnel groups and ways to get other guys the ball. Jimmy is mentally ready and he’s a very tough guy. So pain doesn’t affect him. You saw him playing after he hurt his ankle in the game. Those kinds of things won’t affect him. He’ll know the game plan.”"
We can all hope he toughs it out during the game at Tampa, although a healthy and healed Graham is a better choice then a half healed Graham.
