While this description may be close to current Saints strong safety Roman Harper, Taylor could be brought in as an heir to that position.  He works hard and would breed competition in the secondary.

Currently Taylor is thought to be a fourth or fifth round pick, a safe gamble for the franchise.

Janzen Jackson(McNeese State):  Jackson could probably be an ultimate win for the Saints because of a versatile role he could play as well as his slide on the draft boards due to some off-field issues while at Tennessee.

Jackson is a prospect from Lake Charles, LA. who was once thought to be headed to L.S.U.  Instead, Jackson enrolled at Tennessee where he started opposite current Kansas City Chiefs cornerback Eric Berry.

He was a great player and during his sophomore year in 2010 had 69 tackles, one sack, and five interceptions.  At the start of his junior year Jackson was dismissed because of  off-field issues and transferred to McNeese State.
