It’s a Great time for New Orleans Saints, LSU football fans

LSU on the other hand is no stranger to success, winning a national title in 1958, but years of poor play and losing records brought down the once proud program until nick Saban assumed the head coaching job in 2000.

Three short seasons later in 2003 LSU won the BCS title and has never looked back – winning it again in 2007 under Caoch Les Miles.

Now always mentioned as a possible SEC champion and BCS contender, the Tigers are a dominant force in college football.

For LSU, this is season is all about going undefeated. After surprising most with an 11-2 finish last year, coach Les Miles and the Tigers are 6-0 and currently ranked #1 in the nation.

The Tigers seemed destined for a match-up of monumental proportions, when the travel to Alabama to face the Crimson Tide on Nov. 5th.

The winner of that game will more than likey represent the west in the SEC Championship game, any may very well determine who plays for the BCS title come season’s end.

So Who Dat Saint’s fans, Geaux Tigers LSU faithful. Let’s enjoy these times! We are in the midst of the greatest years of either team by far.
