Good Pick: Jahri Evans (OG)

One of the best guards in the NFL was projected as an early seventh round pick coming out of Bloomsburg college. He’s been a 5-time Pro Bowler since 2009 and won the Superbowl with the team in 2009.

Bad Pick: Mike Hass (WR)

Mike who? Exactly. Don’t even pretend like you remember him. He was a sixth round pick that year and he started two games before he was cut from the team. Luckily, the Saints were able to make something out of a wide receiver they got in the seventh round from Hofstra.

Missed Opportunity: Antoine Bethea (S) or Delanie Walker (TE/FB)

Instead of Mike Hass, the Saints could have selected Antoine Bethea or Delanie Walker. Walker proved himself to be a capable tight end and fullback combination in the NFL with the San Francisco 49ers. Safety Antoine Bethea became a two-time pro bowler with the Indianapolis Colts.
