Marques Colston’s Illegal Forward Pass
Yeah, there’s no guessing game with this one, as the Saints season ended on this confusing play by Marques Colston. Colston was looking to go out-of-bounds when he decided to attempt a lateral to Darren Sproles. The only problem was it was an illegal forward pass.
The resulting penalty would cause a ten second run off on the game clock, ending the game, and the Saints season.
