CAROLINA PANTHERS

QB

Peyton Manning and Drew Brees are the only quarterbacks who scored 300+ fantasy points this season. Cam Newton ranks third with 268.66 points. Two weeks ago the Saints were able to limit him to 160 passing yards and just 48 rushing yards but he still scored 15.20 fantasy points thanks to a garbage-time touchdown. He should be good playing at home, I think he can easily score 20+ points.

RB

Jonathan Stewart is out but DeAngelo Williams is playing well, scoring 22.80 fantasy points last week against the Jets. In the Superdome he scored just 6.30 fantasy points but you can trust him as a Flex this week.

WR

As I told you two weeks ago no Panthers receiver other than Steve Smith should start in fantasy football. Saints are allowing the 7th-fewest fantasy points to wide receivers, don’t try to get fancy just because of the poor performance against the Rams.

TE

Olsen is one of the few players on the team with good hands and Cam knows that. He is dealing with a foot injury and did not practiced Wednesday so keep an eye on his status. In case he is ruled out you can start Zach Ertz (vs ARI) or Delanie Walker (@ JAX) instead of Olsen.

K

Graham Gano continues his good season scoring 38 fantasy points over the last four weeks. He’s a good start, not a great one.

D/ST

With the Saints struggling on the road this is a pretty good start, even if they scored just 1 point in their last meeting.
