Saints Roughed Up On Both Sides of the Ball, Get Huge Reality Check, Fall to 9-3
Ouch. That game yesterday was extremely painful to watch. The Saints entered with high hopes, and looked to become the first team to beat Seattle in their stadium in thirteen games (fourteen if you count the Wild Card). Sadly, we weren’t even in the ballpark. I wonder if we even had a clear head taking the field yesterday.
Nothing went right for the Saints, as they couldn’t get anything going on offense, and struggled heavily on defense. It was the worst case scenario for the Saints, because usually if the offense looks bad, the defense would compensate, and vice versa. Not so much.
