The most encouraging news of the week? Darren Sproles is cleared for practice, and should play Sunday. Last week, Lance Moore fielded punt duty, which was more of a fill-in to secure the ball. Moore wasn’t in to run back punts, which is where Sproles was greatly missed. Look for his return to make a big difference.

As for the whole kicker situation, Garrett Hartley rebounded from his third straight missed field goal in two games from 43 yards by making field goals of 55 & 43. Please, oh please, make these field goals count. This tough four game stretch have ‘close’ written all over it. The potential misses are going to be the subtle differences in whether the Saints end up with a ‘W’ or ‘L’ in the column.

What to Watch For: Keyunta Dawson. Again, you may or may not know who this guy is, but over the past few games, he has been really close to blocking a few punts, and has been a quiet standout on special teams. It’s been a while since the Saints have had a big special teams play, just saying.
