Pierre Thomas Goes Wild

I have to say that Mike Triplett called this.

Well played sir.

Pierre Thomas, the Chicago native, accounted for only 91 total yards yesterday, but had 2 impressive touchdown receptions from Drew Brees. Thomas scored from 2 yards out, and 25 yards. The 25-yard touchdown came with 23 seconds left in the half. Thomas was targeted 9 times yesterday, and caught all 9 balls. Thomas reminded us all why he’s a very special player, but honestly many of us never forgot. PT always fell forward, and made the first man miss in many cases.

In a day where Sproles & Colston were held in check, Thomas stepped up to the plate & knocked it out of the park.
