2. Saints only face one Top 10 defense over the next three weeks

The Saints offense is slowly but surely heating up and getting back to their explosive nature. Expect that trend to continue as they face some soft defenses to close out their first slate of games before the bye week. According to the NFL.com the New England Patriots will be their toughest defense in Week 6 as they are the eighth-best defense in total yards. The Chicago Bears defense is only 25th in total yards and the Miami Dolphins are 22nd in total yards.

Monday night figures to be a great night as wide receiver Marques Colston won’t have to deal with an elite corner for the first time all year and Drew Brees should have plenty of time to carve up their secondary. The Bears and Patriots defense can’t be underestimated but the Saints will be looking too much like their old selves to be stopped.
