Preston Parker

Preston Parker is another name to watch because he absolutely exploded on to the scene against the Chiefs, four passes for 43 yards and scoring twice.

Parker has bounced around the NFL and shown plenty of talent, but has not managed to stick on rosters for the most part. That could change in 2013 if he can keep impressing in the preseason. Against the Chiefs it was Parker’s performance that allowed the Saints to win.

That type of game-changing skill, whether he’s a backup or a starter, will be hard to miss when making final cuts. Parker is competing with guys like Nick Toon for the spot, so something is going to have to give.
