After a quiet Sunday, we’ve turned the corner and hit a very, very busy Monday when it comes to New Orleans Saints news, rumors and links.
With the 2013 NFL draft approaching, prospects continue to pour into town to visit the Saints. The speculation about exactly what the Saints will do with its precious picks is never-ending. Not only that, but the team is starting its offseason program as it prepares for the upcoming season.

The first two weeks of the program are limited to strength and conditioning work and rehab for players who finished last season on injured reserve.
The second phase includes player instruction and on-field individual drills with coaches, although offensive players are not allowed to go against defensive players. Also, some special teams work is allowed.
The final phase includes organized team activities, a series of 10 on-field workouts spread over four weeks in which 11-on-11 drills are permitted without contact. Helmets are the only gear permitted during this phase.

BYU defensive line Ezekiel Ansah was reportedly set to visit with the Saints on Sunday and Monday. Ansah may be a stretch for the Saints at No. 15 as many draft pundits view Ansah as a potential top-10 pick.
