More and more NFL draft prospects continue to visit with the New Orleans Saints as we march onward toward the upcoming draft, but that isn’t the only major news and speculation floating around the Saints today.
Outside of draft prospects, Saints players themselves are staying busy by working with charity. There’s also some interesting speculation that one Saints running back could be playing elsewhere in 2013.
Let’s take a look.

Numerous New Orleans Saints players will be taking to the hardwood for charity for the Second Annual Black and Gold Hoops Challenge at Rummel High School on May 8 at 7:30 p.m. Current and former Saints players will take on local police officers, fire fighters and military members in hopes to stop crime within the New Orleans community.
Moore rattled off a who’s who of current and former Saints players who will take the court: Pierre Thomas, Cam Jordan, Joe Morgan, Thomas Morstead, Chris Ivory, Malcolm Jenkins, Isa Abdul-Quddus, Courtney Roby, Keenan Lewis, Darren Sharper, Michael Lewis. Moore also said his brother, Nick, who plays in the Canadian Football League, will be there.
