Black Monday begins in earnest for NFL coaches; general managers


So far dreaded “Black Monday” has begun in the NFL.  It’s a day designated after the last Sunday of the regular season where NFL teams can decide to gut it out another year with current regime or start fresh.  Listed are the current personnel from teams that have been let go.

    If head coaches are getting fired for a job not done by the players then why suspend head coaches for a year if they job is on the line for players performance. You can try and train them but you can’t make them learn, I think the owner are looking at the picture upside down. A head coach can only do so much I quess a coach must fire players and find the right players, this still doesn’t mean they going to play 100% its up to the players.
