The New Orleans Saints haven’t been much on pressuring the quarterback this season but they could have one of their top rushers on the defensive line return this Sunday against the New York Giants.
Defensive end Junior Galette returned to practice on Tuesday after missing the last four games with an ankle injury he suffered against the Philadelphia Eagles.
Even after missing four games, Galette is still third on the defensive line with four sacks. Fellow defensive end Cameron Jordan has seven and Will Smith has five.
With Galette looking to come back at just the right time, the Saints could definitely use him to generate pressure on Giants quarterback Eli Manning who has been known to make some big throws when he has the time to do so.
