I’m just wondering if Mark Ingram was a good investment for the Saints he look like he has some health problems I hope not the Saints put to much in him to be going out early in the year. I know it want stop the show its just the point he just getting started I hope its nothing serious.

Larry: I agree. This concern was the reason why some teams removed him from their draft boards. Hopefully he’ll overcome it, the same thing happened to Chris Ivory early on and he’s fine now.

This is why we are stacked at RB.  RB’s WILL get injured.  We learned all this in 2010.
Whether Mark starts the season on the PUP list remains to be seen, but I’ve had a torn meniscus and semi torn ACL, and I got a clean-up… 5-years later it still bugs me when the weather changes, but I’m able to do my job which is very physical… but once again, NOT NFL “physical”…. plus I’m 44-years old AND a mere Heavy Metal singer, despite being one of the more insane type.
Mark is young and an elite athlete, with several Saints medical staff rehabbing him constantly (as I witnessed Darren Sharper in the Saints facility get the royal treatment after the 2009 campaign).
But once again, Sharp is/was much older than Mark, so bounce-back is/was tougher as we all saw.
If Mark rehabs correctly, he should be ready sometime after the pre-season, because I doubt Pete Carmichael would wanna risk putting him in that early in the healing process.
Think how coach P used Reggie in 2009… 5-to-8 touches a game (if that), until the playoffs, where Bush ran wild on the ‘Cards.  Smart….
Lets hope Pete (Vitt is suspended, obviously) uses the same wisdom as his mentor.
Until then, we’ll see plenty of rooks and Ivory running the rock in pre-season (Chris Taylor and {maybe} that kid Travaris Cadet, depending on how we use him).
Either way, look for the Saints to still be a 3-headed, or 4-headed MONSTER at RB this season.
    Get well soon #28!!!!!!!
