When your favorite teams draft players at the 2012 NFL Draft, they’ll be handed their teams jersey, along with caps for players to pose in while taking pictures with NFL commissioner Roger Goodell.

This year, New Era will take over for Reebok as the official designer for NFL head wear.

New Era has designed three different caps for each NFL team with snapback, fitted cap, and flex fit cap designs.

The league announced Nike as the official uniform provider to replace Reebok, and the completed changover should be in place before the start of the 2012 NFL season.

Nike will re-design all current team uniforms, making them more modernized, while still respecting tradition as they did for many teams at the college football level.

With the New Era draft caps, players will wear the fitted caps on stage.

Family and friends will receive the flex fits and snapbacks.
