    i guess the atlanta falcons dont exist…….

    @AliKiraRhodes

    The Falcons traded away their first round pick this year to trade up last year and select wide receiver Julio Jones. Just like the Saints, who traded this years first round pick to select Mark Ingram, Atlanta will have to wait later in the draft to start selecting.

    Realized it after I posted lol

    “Ryan Tannehill”

    #9? Haha. You are nutz.. Your going to make him a top 10 pick after one season as the starting qb. The guy was a wr the year before. No way Miami drafts him that high.

    @Cornerss

    Tannehill’s stock shot up after his senior bowl performance. He won’t be graded poorly because of limited playing time, but his upside as a quarterback Remember Mark Sanchez? Remember Jimmy Graham’s “one” year of football at Miami? Seems he turned into quite the tight end in the NFL, and whether your pro Sanchez or not, the guy has not done a bad job leading the Jets. Teams that need quarterbacks will not hesitate to pull the trigger in the first round to get one, that was proven last year in the draft. Now more than ever it’s easier for a team to take a “risk” in the first round. Why? Because when the new labor agreement was put in place a rookie wage scale was established. No longer will top 15 picks get monster contracts, but much more reasonable pay checks more inline with teams expectations of what a rookie should be making.
