Ok Who Dat Nation. It’s your time to be heard on 690 AM WIST Radio hosted by Larry Holder with a man who has about as much love from New Orleans Saints fans as the Atlanta Falcons.
The man I’m talking about of course is CBS Sports writer Pete Prisco who drew tons of fire from Who Dat Nation when he claimed that the single season passing record broke by QB Drew Brees was “tainted” and had some of the “gloss” taken off of it because of HC Sean Payton’s decision to leave him in the game.
Prisco also tweeted during the game that if he was Falcons HC Mike Smith, he would have told his players to hit Brees in the mouth and would have “taken him out”. Prisco tweeted that it would be “worth the fine” and “I’d take a personal foul and fine”.
Of course, most Saints fans took offense to the idea that Prisco was advocating injuring a player on purpose, especially Brees. Prisco also responded to the heat by insulting Saints fans/Who Dat Nation by tweeting:
Saints nation loves me I guess. Hit him in the mouth doesn’t mean take out his knees idiots.”
To see the full stories I did on Prisco, here are the links(Prisco #1, Prisco #2). Prisco will be on WIST Radio 690 AM at 11:25 a.m. today. You can also listen on the internet at wistradio.com. Let your voices be heard Who Dat Nation!
